WHAT IS CLOUT?

CLOUT is a blockchain database that drives the growth and commitment of the crypto community to high-quality information among these fast growing users. This platform combines social media concepts with roots on users who generate their own content to share with additional functionality to monetize the online content market, specifically related to cryptocurrency.

1. Token ERC-223

The CLOUT ecosystem is based on open source ERC-223 token cryptography called CLOUT (CLOUT Token). CLOUT is fractionally divided, transferable and commensurate.

2. Homomorphic Encryption

Homomorphic encryption is a form of encryption that allows calculations to be performed on the passcode, resulting in encrypted results which, when decrypted, match the results of operations performed on the plaintext. This is a desirable feature in the architecture of modern communication systems

CLOUT HOLDER (CLC)

CLC is generated by holding CLOUT tokens in your wallet. All CLOUT tokens purchased during ICO will receive a FREE CLC accompanying them with a ratio of 1: 1. After the initial liquefaction to ICO participants, CLC will generate a staggered release schedule. For 1 year following ICO, 1 CLOUT token will produce 1 CLC per year. The following year, 1 CLOUT token will generate 1 CLC every 2 years. This will continue systematically until 1 billion CLC is generated. CLC is becoming more scarce and more valuable every year.
